The only thing that there was a discrepancy over in the children's statements and what the
prosecutor is referring to, is during the forensic interview, Ron's daughter says her mother was wearing blue pants.
His son says he cannot remember for sure but thought they were possibly black or white. The incident happened in March
05, the kids told us in July 05. 5 months had passed. His son also holds an IEP due to learning disabilities in
school. They cannot prosecute this man because the child can't remember what pants his mom was wearing? Or will not.
