The DSS office in Boone county, MO. and Juvenile office in Randolph County, MO. petitioned for the
removal of the children in 04 from Kayela's custody. Court date was set, GAL appt. and Kayela relocated to another county,
Adair County. Randolph dropped the petition due to them "no longer having jurisdiction". I do not understand because the case
was NOT transferred until much later. The children were also removed by the JO, Amanda Kroner for 3 days and put with
Kayela's mother with no notice to Ron, who was custodial. Kayela's parents were not custodial. See dropped petition
