Judge Lewis ignored the evidence of the abuse and neglect in Kayela's home. GAL also ignored it as did CASA worker, Sara
Poor. It says that Ron did not see his children for long periods of time, but that was because Kayela would not let him and
when he did, as you can see by the evidence, she would press charges on him with some false allegation. They call this contact
meaningful? She has not even provided a phone number to us, and lied to the Judge as well about that. She said it is listed
under her mother's name. It is, but it is UNPUBLISHED. So, even now, she is not complying and has not complied with the last
TWO orders. We are appealing this. By law, Judge has to examine the evidence on the abuse.
