These are pictures of Brandon's untreated ringworm in June 2003. This is the first visit we
had with the children since 2001.
Kayela did not treat this from before Easter 03 until 2 days before the visit with us. She
had been administering Triamcinalone which is an over the counter drug and is not for ringworm. Come to find out this
was also not Brandon's medication either. Kayela lied to her attorney, us and our attorney as well on where it came
from, she said first it was from the school, then said a pharmacy, we got those records and nothing for Triamcinalone had
been prescribed. She then said Wal Mart pharmacy, again, no records. Finally she said it was someone else's medication.
When she took him in 2 days before the visit, she was given a prescription for Gris Peg, she did
not fill this. She told DSS that she did not have the money. Brandon gets state medical, this medication was not covered
by it, however there is another form that is covered called Grifulvin, which is what we got for him. Also, the med was
45.00. she did not get it filled but yet got their dog out of the pound which cost them 50.00 !
